Support Worker Onboarding

This template can be used for welcoming new staff and providing them with key information for onboarding them into your organisation. It provides you with a way to automate the delivery of key information via email and follow up with SMS in the instance of bounces and failures.

Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, simply select an event flow and set this to trigger when a record is created. This means that the moment a worker record has been input into your source data it will send automatically, in addition to the criteria specified below:

  • Worker Status <selector>equals<selector> 'intake' or 'new' (if this is relevant to your client process)
