This template can be used for providing clients with regular monthly updates on their service agreement balance. It provides you with a way to automate the delivery of key information via email and follow up with SMS in the instance of bounces and failures.
To apply this template in Pendula, simply select a scheduled flow and set this to run on a monthly basis, we generally recommend it on the first day of the month and sometime between 9am-12pm. This means that each month, it will only pick up the relevant clients will service agreements based on the criteria specified below:
