This template can be used for alerting clients of their scheduled support workers impending arrival for an appointment. To enable this template you'll need to ensure your staff are leveraging a mobile application for managing service delivery.
Setup guide
To apply this template in Pendula, simply select an event flow and set this to trigger when a record is edited. This means that the moment an appointment is set to a status of 'en route' in the workers mobile application it will send automatically:
Appointment Status <selector>equals<selector> 'en route' or 'in transit' (or whatever best describes this)
