This template can be used for notifying and requesting missing information from prospective students during the enrolment process. It also enables a call request if required.
To apply this template in Pendula, simply select a scheduled flow and set this to run on a daily or weekly basis, depending on preference. We generally recommend sometime between 9am-12pm. This means that it is scheduled to run, it will only pick up the relevant enrolments based on the criteria specified below:
