Goal Achievement Milestones

This template can be used for congratulating and celebrating a client achieving a goal(s) as part of their plan. This template can leverage email or SMS as a primary channel of communication depending on client preferences.

Setup guide

To apply this template in Pendula, select an event flow and set this to trigger when a record is edited. This means that the moment a goal or outcome is marked as achieved in your source data, it will send automatically based on the criteria specified below:

  • Goal Achieved <selector>equals<selector> TRUE
  • Goal Achieved on <selector>is not greater than<selector> <selector>TODAY()<selector> (to ensure this is not sent for any future goals)
