The role

Pendula is looking for a passionate and tech savvy Implementation Consultant to guide our customers through successful adoption of our SaaS platform. As part of our Expert Services team, you’ll quickly become a master of our platform and relish in helping others get the most from our capability.

In this role you will act as a technical specialist for our existing customer base, working closely with our Customer Success Managers to bring new users up to speed, optimise existing use cases and scope new integrations or solutions to deliver world-class results.

To be successful in this role, you will require a blend of project management, technical configuration and customer engagement skills to ensure we can seamlessly onboard and expand our growing customer base.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing and problem-solving environment, with the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. About you

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex software
  • You’re not afraid of REST APIs, technical documentation or process flow diagrams
  • Confident facilitating workshops to gather requirements and advise customers on Pendula best practice
  • Able to work with and develop relationships with a variety of external stakeholders
  • You’re creative, love solving problems and challenging the status-quo

What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted product expert, understanding every facet of our platform’s capabilities
  • Run discovery sessions and workshops to gather requirements and tailor solutions to our customer’s needs
  • Liaise with our product managers and engineers to translate customer requirements into technical solutions and create statements of work
  • Manage platform upgrade and implementation projects to ensure a seamless delivery and that outcomes are aligned with customer expectations
  • Conduct enablement and onboarding sessions to help end users get up to speed with the platform

What you'll have

  • Project management experience with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Experience in SaaS implementations, onboarding or professional services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Salesforce Admin experience is a big plus (many of our customers use SFDC as a key integration)
  • Experience in other leading-cloud based platforms (Zendesk, Segment, Microsoft Dynamics to name a few) and marketing automation/workflow platforms
  • Experience working with OpenAI or other LLM/AI Platforms
  • Able to work from our Sydney (Surry Hills) office 4 days a week
